Need to land one on the top half of this list. Ward is the best of the options.
The longer the Cam Ward recruitment goes on the less likely heās coming here in my opinion.
If Mario does pull off Ward it would make up for a lot of sins.
If he fails itās going to be rough. He better be making this boy a multimillion dollar NIL offer.

Honestly thatās a battle that you canāt complain about losing. If it happens, it happens. Itās good to know we beat the other college teams, even if itās only a feather in a cap.

I didnāt think we would land Ward when no decision came one week after his visit to us. I think he enters the NFL draft too soon. Oh well.
I would be happy with Howard or Rogers for one year. Both can play.

I pretty much expected Ward to go pro given his stats. I donāt think he would have gained much, if anything, staying in college another year.
Emerson and Brown are JAGS so Miami needs a solid transfer QB to fill in for a year or more.

I have no reason to believe Dawson can do that. Iām not sold on Dawson.
IMO, neither of our QBs possess anything more than mediocre talent. Furthermore, I donāt see either Williams or Brown developing into winning QBs. If Mario sticks with the aforementioned, heāll soon be looking for another job.
So where does Miami go next. Who are the backup plans.

I am still reserving judgment on Dawsonās scheme and play calling, but I donāt see anything that points to him being a QB whisperer.
I usually try to be optimistic, but I closed the book on Dawson. I have zero confidence in his ability to run a competent, competitive offense. His offense fools no one. He was an upgrade from Gattis, but that was a really low bar.

Why is everyone so down on Emory Williams? It seems the reports out of camp were positive. He showed moxie in the time he played. My question is independent of injury, which was significant, but should have 100% recovery. (Unless someone knows something not reported).
Moxie doesnāt win with consistency.
