Taking away Disney’s special governance privilege IMO constitutes retaliation by Gov. DeSantis. While I think what Disney is doing is disgusting, I think that if this thing gets into courts, Disney may well prevail. DeSantis should have waited some months to advance his new ordinance, or the legislature should have enacted a bill treating all such special governance areas within the state
