By constantly calling Putin out, he is.
He’s also setting up the pretext, whether Putin goes in or not, to justify his occupation or military action.
Eerily similar to Bush screaming about WMD’s in Iraq.
It’s the opposite. He’s been trying to get all the info out there to show what Russia is trying to claim to justify an invasion.
And Biden has already made it clear troops aren’t going in. Ukraine is t a NATO member.
