Just to summarize from all of the discussion, and I’m not necessarily disagreeing with this, Harris was responsible for investigating the factors of why people are coming into the US in droves.
She wasn’t supposed to solve or fix anything since a VP is just a figurehead. She really had no role or responsibility, so she can’t be tied to what the administration has done at all. In other words, she’s running on a blank slate and whatever she says she will do we should take at face value even though her voting record and track record says otherwise?
