The part about Christians adopting is accurate. But, the idea Christians help all people in all groups is misleading. There are some Christians who do all kinds of stuff, while other Christians are the primary attackers of some of the same groups being helped. We’ve seen people like Marjorie Taylor Green attacking the Catholic Church for helping immigrants. Does Benny Hinn help the undeserved? Paula White? Some of these “Christian” churches are the hot-zone for hate. You paint a broad brush with your “Christian” mythos.

You might be thinking solely of the Jan 6th Capitol part. That was only a small part. The bigger picture was how they were trying to put forth fake electors, have Pence just ignore the votes and send it back to the states to have the fake electors count and not the real electors. It’s broad…quite a bit to it, including who they put into the Pentagon right beforehand. It was a literal coup attempt. 100%. The capitol rioters were just a small part to delay it until the next day.

One bad set of actors doesn’t define the whole group. There are plenty of people who claim to be Christian with their words, only for their actions to not line up. Some knowingly and intentionally do it. Some are in error, and are humble enough to admit said error, repent and turn away from said error. It all depends on the individual. We as a society have been generalizing everything and everyone instead of holding those responsible for their own actions.
