I have a very large social network with kids that spans an entire region, just shy of 1m people, plus my own. Without a question of a doubt, numbers are up with Delta (which we all know that gsc is smarter than lol again). Entire schools have been quarantined. Heck an entire county just went virtual.
What I might disagree with you on is masks. Without derailing the thread with the same old arguments, my kids actually like to wear them. Not as in like to wear them for ever, but they are very intelligent about the situation around them and prefer to mask up indoors during a world wide pandemic. They prod me if I forgot to grab a mask running in to a store, even tho we are all vaxxed. Their awareness and social consciousness is inspiring. Long story short, the kids I know who hang with my kids don’t mind the masks at school and in fact are better and smarter than most adults.
