It’s almost like due process exists for a reason.
Apparently a gang member and human trafficker.
But keep defending.
Oh! And on a terrorist watch list.
Jesus.
And once again, not only is your take authoritarian garbage, but it also is another reminder of your inordinate lack of morality of any kind. You’re arguing that the government should have the power to round up someone and send them to be murdered or tortured in a foreign prison based upon nothing but accusations - no proof, no trial, no evidence, just unchecked force. A person with even a bare minimum of morality understands due process isn’t just an extra step, but is the thing that separates civilization from tyranny.
There exists a special kind of moral rot in a person who cheers for unchecked power, who believes an accusation is as good as a conviction, and who is perfectly fine with lives being destroyed without trial, without evidence- without even a chance to fight. This is a mindset of a person who fears justice, a hallow soul so devoid of integrity that they attack virtue at every turn, not because they misunderstand it, but because it exposes everything they lack. Give them a boot to lick, and they’ll call it righteousness; give them an enemy to crush, and they’ll call it justice. But, in the end, they stand for nothing but servitude to power, hoping it never turns to gave on them…rotting in their own cowardice because they have no spine, no virtue and no shred of decency left to lose.
Step off your podium you fucking twat…How dramatic can one human being be?
The meltdown must go on.
There you see it, folks. GSC’s standard of proof to be sent to a maximum security prison in South America.
APPARENTLY.
They have no standard of proof. I can just imagine if all of GSC family which came from Cuba was rounded up and sent back it would not sit well.Pretty god damn pathetic. No one wants illegal aliens in this country who are criminals. Innocent people trying to create a better life should not be sent to jail in El Salvador with gang members.
Let’s get this out of the way first…Lol. More classic material ^^^
Overall, I’m somewhere in between. I actually think the press may be jumping the gun here in an attempt to make Trump regime look bad, because I think anyone one with a brain does not believe the following description applies to this man.
Innocent people trying to create a better life
I highly doubt this man is that, or at least the means he is attempting to create this better life.
Yes he has children, no that doesn’t mean he can’t be a gang member…possibly a guy who may be high ranking, and has done a good job of evading convictions, but has been connected to a lot of shit. Now if human trafficking is one of those things, should you really just leave the guy alone if he just keeps escaping the law by the skin of his teeth? Slippery slope…The right move may be just to get rid of the piece of shit and have the last laugh.
But overall I understand our libs point here, and kinda even side with them. The Trump regime can’t imply things like “Convicted” at a press conference if simply isn’t true, nor can you run round arresting everyone with a gang tattoo. There’s due process for a reason.
But if you keep coming across a certain name in your investigations of human trafficking, and you just can’t quite get him at right place/right time…It’s a tough call imo if you should skip over some protocol and just ship him out.
Keep on guys. Keep defending non-American criminals
https://x.com/willchamberlain/status/1907125423219020236?s=46&t=0cVvr7Qw9Dh_qaQAoDJAoQ
That’s right guys! By defending due process of law, that translates into defending non-American criminals.
There is a special place in hell for people like GSC
He defends elon musk. A non citizen who is working for our federal government.
So none of the link GSC provided translates to “due process”?
SC conveniently goes crickets there…But, but Trump…But but GSC
Pathetic little partisan sheep. @CaneFanSC
Are you serious with this question? Do you really not know what this is? Of course you don’t. Talk about pathetic…a 50 yr old unemployed douchebag doesn’t know what due process is.
No, nothing GSC posted translates into due process, you fucking imbecile.
Historical Context:
The concept of due process has roots in English common law and the Magna Carta, which established the principle that no freeman should be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by the legal judgment of his peers or by the law of the land.
-
Examples:
-
An individual arrested for a crime must be given notice of the charges, the right to an attorney, and a fair trial.
-
The government cannot take private property for public use without just compensation.
-
Laws that unfairly restrict personal freedoms are subject to scrutiny under the principle of substantive due process.
-
Importance:
Due process is a cornerstone of the American legal system, ensuring that the government acts fairly and justly, and that individuals are protected from arbitrary or unfair actions.
Due process means you’re charged, notified of your charges, allowed to defend yourself in a court of law via an attorney and again, is the fundamental aspect of our ENTIRE government. We are a nation of laws. That’s the fucking point of the Constitution in the first place.
Kidnapping someone and not charging them, not trying them, and just sending them to a murder prison on El Salvador does not translate into due process in any way.
Talk about fucking pathetic. There exists absolutely nothing about you that isn’t pathetic.
Reel it in, Nancy…. I know these are tough times for you with the Trump meltdown and all… Especially after you humiliated yourself endlessly with all your little cheerleader type Harris predictions.
And probably real rough at home too…. Two miserable libs walking around the house in grief…Probably blaming each other, pondering what you…you each personally…could have done to stop big bad evil Trump from being elected…Probably a lot of misdirected anger testing those bonds. Doesn’t help that you are a known racist…and that no doubt is again surfacing…It’s easy for her to get around that and try to improve you when things are good…But when things are bad, she just can’t control herself and she sees you for what you really are…And it frightens the little race-peddling savior cunt.
Just please…Whatever you do…Don’t take it out on that beloved dog of yours…Poor fido doesn’t deserve it (you know damn well you just want to kick the fucker hard as you can)
He doesn’t have legal status in the US. Are you disputing that? I’m just going by what he posted…If you have proof this Chamberlain dude is wrong, by all means post it. I’m not taking his stuff as gospel…But if the dude is an illegal, then fugg him…
Skeeter- they didn’t read the entire thread.
Will chamberlain, an attorney, goes through the history and the “administrative error” and concludes that the Trump admin actually had the right to remove him.
He wasn’t a citizen. And apparently he had a “withholding of removal” from immigration courts.
This decision was based on his fear of the 18th street gang’s threat in his life. That gang doesn’t exist anymore. They are all in jail thanks to the new El Salvadoran president. So no reason for that withholding to remain.
Additionally, immigration courts roll up to AG Pam Bondi. She can overrule their decision.
This is all a non issue. We’re talking about “due process” for an illegal non citizen who is a gang member and sex trafficker?
Fuck out of here. These friend of ours are insane.
I know…They are in full but but but Trump mode
Enjoy
The
Meltdown
Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia entered the United States illegally in 2011. In 2019, an immigration judge ordered his deportation but granted him “withholding of removal” status, recognizing that he faced a significant risk of persecution if returned to El Salvador. This status allowed him to remain in the U.S. and prohibited deportation to El Salvador, though it did not provide a path to legal permanent residency or citizenship.
Kilmar Abrego-Garcia was entitled to due process under the U.S. Constitution. The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process rights to “persons” in the United States, not just U.S. citizens. This includes noncitizens, whether they are in the country legally or not.
What Due Process Means in Immigration Cases:
- Right to a Hearing – He had the right to appear before an immigration judge to argue his case.
- Right to Legal Representation – While the government is not required to provide a lawyer, he had the right to hire one.
- Right to Appeal – If a deportation order was issued, he could appeal the decision.
- Protection from Arbitrary Removal – If he had legal protections against deportation (such as withholding of removal), he should not have been deported without proper legal review.
No evidence of his gang membership or illegal trafficking, merely an unproven allegation by the government.
Again - we have a Constitution
Kilmar Abrego-Garcia was entitled to due process under the U.S. Constitution. The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process rights to “persons” in the United States, not just U.S. citizens. This includes noncitizens, whether they are in the country legally or not.
Does ICE detain US citizens?
So, again - according to our laws and the Constitution - ICE and the Trump administration violated their rights and our laws. They arrested and deport people without due process, without charges, without a trail of any kind.
If the government can make an allegation against you, detain you without charges, and send you to a murder prison in El Salvador without every charging you or trying you, merely based upon an allegation they claim is true - we’re in Nazi Germany. That’s all there is to it. Some people, so far, have been kidnapped and sent out by plain clothed officers for writing an op/ed against Israel in a student newspaper, who were here legally. The natural conclusion to that is eventually if you speak out against the govt, they can kidnap you and send you off to be murdered in a foreign prison without any charges or trial or anything else.
GSC is defending that. Are you?
There is evidence of his gang membership…At least the immigration judge found there to be.
Gsc, just makes shit up.
