The Executive, the Commander in Chief, has FULL plenary power over all immigration laws of the land. We can debate over this if you’d like, but it’s pretty clear. And I’m sure SCOTUS will affirm this soon.
Imagine the harm that could befall our nation if the chief executive had to wait for judges to expel harmful non citizen terrorists from our country.
Says the guy who doesn’t believe in the Constitution and thinks the administration can deport people legally here without due process. SCOTUS has already ruled on this as listed beforehand, even Scalia. Our Constitution is clear.

I tend to believe that illegals with a demonstrated history of terrorism or violent gang behavior should get zero due process. They should be removed immediately.
Of course, with zero evidence whatsoever…just an administration that deported him illegally and then said they can’t get him back…all without Constitutionally required due process. Neither you, nor the administration has any evidence to back up any of your statements.
Trump, again, is publicly in favor us deporting US citizens to that same prison. No doubt, without due process.
