GSC - this is what I have - you’re right these two haven’t officially been charged with murder - but if it’s determined their actions caused/contributed to his death I suppose those charges could be coming:
Either way - unacceptable for anyone to do this to a cop simply doing his job.
What if it was another Capitol cop?
What? You’re trying to throw out a scenario (which didn’t happen to my knowledge) about co-workers attacking each other?
What if it was a misfire?
What if it was another unit’s police officer?
What if it was a SOCOM operator?
Can you disprove any of these hypotheticals?

It’s not that amazing to me that they’ve not indicted anyone yet (for murder) because they haven’t officially determined cause.

They haven’t determined who the person is. Or at least that’s their position.
I’ll have to look that up (the cause) - I suppose the question now is whether or not the actions of those two men currently under arrest caused/contributed to his death.
