Talk about telling lies fills our political arenas, but there is little doubt what has been the greatest lie to date. The debate revealed in living color the big lie that Joe Biden was, as Scarborough said, “as sharp as he’s ever been,” which shouldn’t have been much of a compliment since Joe Biden has never been appreciatively clever in his entire life. How amusing it is to see the radical changes in appraisals of Biden’s mental acuity by MSM of Biden slipping in one night from being a genius savant into a senile old codger. Now MSM is calling for Biden to do the patriotic thing “for his party,” that is, step down in favor of a more viable candidate. It’s time to stop hiding Biden’s dementia.
But, there is a roadblock standing in the way of the Democrat revolution against Joe Biden, and that is the presence of Kamala Harris who after all is the Vice President of the United States but happens to be less popular than Joe Biden. Kamala cannot nor will not accept being snubbed in the accession process. Kamala is not laughing hysterically at being dumped. The Democrats will be singing “what in the world are we going to do about Kamala.”
In predicting future direction, it is necessary to consider what Biden might feel in being the president ignominiously forced to end his campaign as a result of mental decline. Being forced out will likely clash with Biden’s considerable egocentrism. Being president certainly is more appealing than being an ex-president, especially since Biden lacks the attractive appeal of either Obama or even Clinton. Biden resists stepping aside.
