Stormfront, the Supreme Court will rule on every case which it grants a writ of certliorari, however, you may not like the ruling. For example, the court may rule the issue moot without commentary. Nobody can prosecute the Supreme Court for malfeasance. They have complete freedom to deny writs for trial, letting appellate rulings stand.

I have often written that removing Storm from the other forum was a tyrannical action that should not have happened. I remember expressing this to Shadow when it happened. It was a petty and mean thing to do, and too many persisted in twisting the knife afterward, not affording Storm a chance to rebut.
I have no problem with others disagreeing with Storm, even insulting Storm just as long as Storm is given chance to respond whether in kind or in disputation. This is a forum devoted to opinion, and opinions are like rectums; everyone has one. We have good arguments, and we have not so good arguments. We write things we regret. Nevertheless we enjoy a manifest freedom of expression which is marvelous thing. I’ve been to many places in this world where you carefully choose your words before making an utterance. To this end, this new forum, I think, is an improved incarnation of the previous Storm Shelter.
