Russell also noted that it reached its ruling “having considered, without limitation, all evidence submitted to the court.”
In Pennsylvania, a federal appeals panel of three judges — each appointed by Republican presidents — rejected one of the Trump campaign’s election challenges Nov. 27, 2020.
“Charges of unfairness are serious,” wrote Judge Stephanos Bibas, who was appointed by Trump. “But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”
Later in the ruling, Bibas continued: “The campaign’s claims have no merit. The number of ballots it specifically challenges is far smaller than the roughly 81,000-vote margin of victory. And it never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters.”
A group of conservatives that included former U.S. senators, Republican lawyers and retired federal judges, examined 64 cases brought by Trump and his supporters and authored a report titled, “Lost, not stolen: The conservative case that Trump lost and Biden won the 2020 presidential election.”
Of 64 cases, the group found:
20 were dismissed before hearings on the merits,
14 were voluntarily dismissed by Trump and his allies before hearings on the merits,
Quite often, the races are clear enough to announce a projected winner, but they still spend the following days processing provisional ballots, reconciling unmatched signatures and correcting tabulation errors.
Nope…Doesn’t take 4 hours for 98% and then days for the final two. Get it done, it’s simple, and it’s important. You defending this bullshit shows what a clown you are and are only interested in getting the result you are looking for. Shocker.
Not asking for the world here…And it’s something clearly needed. You don’t get to “slow things down” when it gets tight. Meet deadlines, allocate resources, and have it done at a set time. Very much needed.
Even Bill Maher agrees…And look at how little fuckboy Kimmel tries to make it like it’s the people’s fault for being crazy and impatient. Fuckin twat…Maher touches upon that sure, but says it flat out shouldn’t be happening.
Wake up you idiot. It’s ok to say you don’t think things are rigged and admitting that this bullshit is simple to fix and needs to be.
Says GSC after I quoted and answered the same question and he ignored it.

What am I missing here? Hasn’t Georgia been done? They have a special procedure where they have a followup runoff in close races. Some states do this. Again, they have the right to.
Why wouldn’t Alaska count? They’re an example of a state who counts slow. Battleground status doesn’t matter. Time zone would only affect a 1-hour difference
Alaska was called for President Trump on November 11. The election was on November 3. That’s over a week of counting. Where’s the conservative outrage?
Florida’s population is 30 times higher than Alaska’s and they can finish in a day. Is this proof of election fraud?
I think I just proved to you that it’s not only them that do.
Except you’re only listing them as key states BECAUSE they’re slower. Florida is a key state too, no? Southern Texas had some very important movement. North Carolina is important.
Dude, those final 2% are probably a lot more complicated for some reason. Maybe the ballot’s hard to read, or maybe some info is missing and they have a policy of attempting to correct the info before rejecting it.
This idea you have of that last 2% being easy to count is over-simplifying what is happening.
The last 2% slows down in many states, including when it’s not tight at all. This is the point I’m trying to make for you. If the race wasn’t tight, you wouldn’t care, just like you think Alaska “doesn’t count.” Even if the situations are exactly the same, you’re only crying foul because the numbers happen to be close. Even though, if the numbers are really close, to me that says we should be EXTRA CAREFUL with processing contested ballots.
I think I just proved to you that it’s not only them that do.
No you clearly didn’t lol
Dude, those final 2% are probably a lot more complicated for some reason.
“Some reason”…You’ll have to forgive me if that shit doesn’t fly with me. Fuck that…Change the rules and get this shit done on in reasonably the same time.
Maybe the ballot’s hard to read, or maybe some info is missing and they have a policy of attempting to correct the info before rejecting it.
Lol…Then make that shit not a possibility
What am I missing here? Hasn’t Georgia been done? They have a special procedure where they have a followup runoff in close races. Some states do this. Again, they have the right to
Not talking about the runoff. I understand that.
A. This is just a piss poor example and you know it is. They are inconsequential
B. Even if I give you Alaska…It’s 4 out of 5
C. Make Alaska follow the rules as well, I’m BEYOND cool w that.
If you are going to conduct it like this shit show…Then you cannot blame people for thinking that Georgia would have finished quicker and Nevada would be done by now if Wisconsin would have went blue. Hell, Wisconsin may still be counting if Pennsylvania stayed Red…All these possibilities open up if you are going to let this “Finish you want” strategy take place. Scoreboard watching and needing to know the target you are shooting at can definitely be in play if it is conducted in this manner.
You eliminate so many of these possibilities if you make simple changes.
The last 2% slows down in many states, including when it’s not tight at all
What about the ones that slow down well before that? Inexcusable…You want faith in this election process, make it uniform.
Yes I did. Alaska is not a battleground state but they are a late state. That’s proof.
Florida was SUPER SUPER important for the Pubs. See Indiana’s analysis in the other thread. It flipped 4 seats for them. That’s about as vital for Pub control as you can get.
I’m obviously talking about the senate race…You are going out of your way to defend nonsense.
And Florida should be the model? So what’s your point…Even if Florida take 1-3-5 hours more. There is not the possibility we go to next week in Florida because they get it done.
Cut the nonsense, and make it fullproof.
There is no reason for what is happening now…It can all be easily avoided. That’s the point. Minor changes, same for everyone, remove scoreboard watching from the equation…What is wrong with what I just said? There is no downside.
98% are cast the day of and therefore tabulated electronically. The 2% left are the mail ins, provisional, etc…that all need several steps of verification.
These fucking morons make Arizona recount 50 times because they don’t like the election results, checking for stupid shit like bamboo fibers, and then bitch it’s not counted in 30 minutes.
I mean, do you work with numbers at all? There were 418,000 outstanding ballots to be counted, I believe. If each one takes 3 seconds to open the envelope, verify the signature, check the dates, and count the ballot, that’s 1,254,000 million seconds attributed to the task. On 8 hour work days, there are 28,800 seconds. That means it would take 1 person 43 days to count those ballots at a VERY conservative 3 seconds a ballot to handle. Obviously, they have more than 1 person, but get a fucking calculator ya squawking jackoff and figure it out. Learn to think in the granular. “Infantry wins battles, but logistics wins wars.”
Why would talking about the House be nonsense but talking about the Senate be valid? It seems like you’re the one going out of your way
I didn’t say anything about model, but my point is the counter your point. You said these big DECISIVE states happen to be the slow ones. I showed you that:
There are slow, indecisvie states, like Alaska
and
There are fast, decisive states like Florida.
These two counterpoints cut off your theory at the knees.
Florida is a “fast, decisive” state?
You fucking kidding me? Florida shouldn’t even be considered a state. It’s a nature preserve without fences
I work with people from these states daily, for 20 years. Northern Florida like Pensacola, all of Alabama, southern GA…the absolute laziest and worst workers in every way, throughout the entire country. The absolute worst in every way. Arizonans work quite well, efficient, grinders. Though, they are not easy to work with. MCO and TPA are flat out awesome. Miami is like Dallas or Chicago or Atlanta. They work their asses off, efficient. But, once you go north of MCO…its a wasteland of the dumbest, laziest sacks of trash in the entire country. Savannah, GA to Montgomery, AL down to Pensacola, FL and over to Jacksonville…that square covers the most useless souls in our nation, worst workers, no effort, no trust…just shit.
Productive post from the partisan sheep troll…Let Florida go blue for a year and watch this blabbermouth’s opinion change. It will be a beautiful state full of wonderful, salt of the earth human beings!
No excuse…Allocate resources and get it done. No downside. Next
Still hasn’t pointed out a downside or any type of argument at all
You and 305ive combined in this whole thread have come up with…“Alaska”…I mean at least 305ive put forth an effort. You just troll and continue to show was how much of a partisan clown you are.
So after offering that air biscuit…the little emotional board troll offers a corny pop culture phrase…How cute. Next time attach a faggot ass meme and emoji to make your white flag complete.
