My belief, though not shared, is that the people who are gay, have been deceived into believing that they are hard wired or born gay. That’s why I say this is a spiritual battle. Every thing about us starts in our mind and then the heart lives out. That’s why Romans 12:2 is so important.

In primitive societies, homosexuality is a rarity. In front of mud huts, one does not see vast numbers of rainbow flags. Despite their primitive nature, they understand better human sexuality than the crazies who inhabit California. I have speculated that Djrion must have been sexually abused by one of those sentient plants that he defends so vigorously that homosexuality is not learned behavior. IMO, I think most homosexuality is learned behavior. Otherwise, middle America would be teaming with homosexuality and weird humans, but it is not.
I surmise it’s not too different in terms of percentages - as “coming out” in more conservative areas carries with it more risk to personal safety/being shunned.
