If Biden wants to rescue Griner, all he has to do is to ask Donald Trump to intervene and negotiate her release. Trump was great at persuading intractable foreign governments to release Americans. After all, Putin and Trump are the two most salient politicians of the last half century.

In the alternative, Biden may have some success freeing Griner as a window will be opened when the U.S. stops shipping weapons to Ukraine. However, that window will not be open for too long inasmuch as Biden will be impeached once the new congress is formed. Not only impeached, but there is a chance that Biden might be convicted in the Senate, especially after his business relationships with China are exposed, although the two-thirds threshold for conviction would require a substantial number of Democrat defectors. Lastly, the new House of Representatives might consider impeaching Kamala as well as Biden. Both are incompetent.

I did didn’t think anyone could be as failed of a president as Obama, but Biden has surpassed Obama failing at nearly everything. Eighty percent of Americans believe the nation is headed in the wrong direction. People vote their pocketbooks first, and Biden has lightened just about everyone’s pocketbooks.

If a person goes around saying that the country they live in is terrible. If they refuse to salute their own flag and pay homage to their own government and military…. If they use their public platform to create more disaffected citizens who resent their own nation, then don’t ask for that government’s help when you find yourself imprisoned in another country that treated you worse.

If this woman comes back and still talks greazy about America- she can go you know what to herself. She gave up her right to beseech her countrymen and government for help.

I never said she can’t say it.

I never said she should be punished FOR saying it.

I said that I don’t care that she’s suffering there. And I said that she shouldn’t ask her government that she hates for help.
