I am absolutely fine with people concluding a slight over count. Iâve said before that itâs possible but I wouldnât peg it at more than 10 or 15%. This is a 15% overcount in Massachusetts only to âbe more in line with other states.â
Yes, it is absolutely idiotic for the first year that a positive test would result in a covid death even months later if unrelated. I canât believe that state got away with that.

This latest news is evidence in one state of a <15% overcount, which is pretty damn egregious. Like I said, I canât believe they got away with that.

15% is a lot, but this is only 1 state, so this doesnât represent 15% of the total.
That said, I wouldnât be surprised if the margin of error on total deaths was around +/- 15%. In this case, itâs more egregious to me how they were including deaths to get the miscount.
