Sad to hear about this.
Bill was indeed combative and irrational, but he was extremely well-versed in literature and history and it was always a pleasure to debate him. He would use every dirty trick in the book when he argued, but he was passionate and knowledgeable and there was a lot to learn from him.
I always thought he would be a cool guy to hang out with. Rest in peace.
Yeah, sorry I don’t respect the man. He made up lies about me as did many others. I did not like the guy and personally have nothing nice to say about him. I feel bad for his family because anytime someone lose a family member it sucks. But I am sorry - not going to sit he a reminisce about someone who was a an asshole. If you died I would feel the same way. I don’t care that he was a die hard cane fan. A liar is a liar……just like you I don’t give two shits about the man.
There were people on other site who met me who would say hey elite 80 is a good person and he would go off on how I was paying players to go to fsu. I know that some of you may not care but i got investigated three times, had to spend money on lawyers and almost lost my business because assholes like him made up stuff about me. I don’t agree with Bikki all the time but I respect him. I believe I can hang out with him. Bill also made a remark about me being Jewish. Sorry about being gone but forget about me ever going oh I am sad about it.
I get you had personal issues and strong feelings 80 but it’s probably not a good look for you to go down this road publicly. Wish the guy peace, send your condolences, and take the high road. Just my .02

Gsc, I did not go down the road until storm had to make a stupid comment about me. Guy just can’t go one day without making a stupid comment about someone on this site. I put him on block and honestly don’t care what he has to say anymore. Guys got major mental health issues and no one wants to help him out.

Was thinking about Bill and the old board a few weeks ago. I have really lost interest in the Canes and I was feeling bad about it. End of an era.

I may have went a little overboard. I may not like certain people but I am not going to slander someone and it can hurt their livelihood. I feel bad for Bill family.
