More court trouble for Trump. This judgment hurts, but I assume the value will come down on appeal.
The entire case will be overturned on appeal. Judge Kaplan violated every right Trump was afforded under law.
Interesting how confident you sound. I don’t really keep up with this stuff so I don’t really know the specific arguments. I do know some of the attacks on Trump are overly aggressive so a lot of it ends up being not as big a deal as reported.
