Yes, from 15:19 on, she talks about telecommunications equipment and infrastructure built by the PRC in South American and how we want to get them to use ours instead of China’s. At 1906, she begins talking about the same thing with Russia, with 9 countries using Russian telecommunications equipment.
She said we could replace their telecom equipment and maybe they can send their Russian stuff to Ukraine, “or something.”
Pretty clear for all to see…you refused to listen, created a conspiracy about the video itself without watching, then finally listened and are trying to misrepresent what’s being said.
It’s an easy listen for all on here to see.
