Miami’s gonna Miami, and fuk this entire AD and coaching hire up?! They just keep getting in their own way, thinking they can fix this. IF the Miami guys are pushing the researching team to do something else, why would anything change. Have a real plan, have a real process, and get this shit done correctly.
So much noise on this, and I am just worried it’ll be another train wreck move just Hiring Miami guys for AD and then settling on a coach or hiring a big time coach and half assing the staff pay.
