Here we go again, folks. Time to talk about next season. It will be hard to match this season, but there’s no doubt whatsoever there will be plenty for us to talk about. While reading On3 about the ultimate departure of Emory Williams, a writer posed a rhetorical question buried in the prose of the article, that being we all know what coach needs to be fired. He ended the statement with a question mark. Don’t hold me to being too accurate here, it very might have been in the article about not blaming Carson Beck for the loss. It’s hard not to like Beck; he’s a most affable fellow.
It rather surprised me that Artavius Jones entered the portal. He was great in high school at rural Graceville in the Panhandle where he played football and basketball and was a great shot putter and discus thrower on the track team. I thought he was going to be a star here at UM, I never heard too much about him since he got here. Apparently he wowed nobody. I am afraid bikki228 is becoming somewhat unreliable as a pundit. Probably too much of that bourbon-laden bread pudding.
