Virginia Tech Game

Manny is an idiot. VTech went for it on 4th down so we do it?

I don’t care that we made it. That was the wrong time to go for it. It could’ve cost us the game.

EDIT: It still might.

Miami … home of the 190 pound power back.

Can someone explain to Mallory what a first down marker is.

Now THAT was the right time for a slant. Fake the handoff

Miami/Lashlee got away with one there…

Have you really watched a Miami game if you haven’t muttered “well, we’re going to fuck this up” at least twice?

Playing it safe cost Miami another game. Seems like VT will win.

Earlier on here when everyone thought it was a blowout I remember looking at the rushing stats with them having a 140-1 advantage in the 1st half and I thought “no, it’s NOT a blowout.”

Oh yeah, and Oregon’s getting destroyed by Utah by the way.

What a stupid, obvious block in the back

TVD needs another 30 yards for another 300 yard game.
Also, almost the leading rusher right now.

It is important to do those right in front of the ref.

Glad 3 got one on SR night.

That’s the first 300 yards passing VT has given up all season.

So, they question is … why did Miami stop going deep so long ago?

Miami should be up by 30 … but no, let’s get conservative.

Can’t believe it took so long considering the 1st half. Still nice to see a return to form.

Again… that 71 seconds with 3 timesout at the end of the 1st half is looming large.

Silvera is from another era… he plays like he belonged on those Miami teams from the 80s.

I assume the rain played a factor in that.

Rain was the factor. Weather was worst in the 3rd quarter, and VTech was desperate and didn’t have the luxury to play it safe.

That doesn’t explain the end of the 1st half, or us being super safe on their 15 yard line.

I might miss the end of the game to make a dinner reservation. Almost impossible for Manny to lose this now.
