I think the Canes are on a roll and upset Pitt in this game. Pitt looks to be the strongest team in the conference this year, but they’re nothing like the Clemson team that destroyed us in years past. I think the new-born enthusiasm transfers over to this game, and the Canes upset Pitt. Miami wins 28-24.

I hope you’re right Bikki. Although not pretty at times, it was nice to see the kids celebrate a W last weekend. Hopefully they can keep it going, although I don’t share quite as much optimism as you.

I have never in my life seen a receiver not come down with the ball be called a catch. That was utter BS, and this is a contest where Pitt doesn’t need to be spotted points by the refs.

Honest question: When was the last time this program was ready to play a football game right at kickoff, meaning focused, locked-in and guys were making plays to our advantage? Was it Notre Dame '17? We really have no rushing game. We need to throw flairs and screens to give rushers some room to operate. Straight ahead into the line doesn’t work because our OL doesn’t knock anybody out of the their lanes.
