This guy is a bureaucrat who sees the department functioning in a way that he’s always known it to function, and it scares him that others have opinions, and other ways that should function. There’s really nothing more to this.

You notice how every single person who opens their mouth about all the shit Trump did, those with DIRECT knowledge and who were present, those who received those instructions…no matter how close they were to him…you deny 100% anytime it’s bad.
