Trump won't release warrant

Knowing the DOJ won’t discuss an ongoing investigation allows for the Trump team to continue lying. Of course, they won’t release the warrant which shows exactly what went down and what they were looking for.

Serious question @Warden84

What advantage does Tram Trump gain by releasing the warrant?

If you were his legal counsel, would you? And if so, why?

First, he’ll never do it because it breaks their false narrative…his victimhood, witch hunt, etc.
But, your position is quite clear and revealing…your go-to with Trump is always not whether he did or didn’t do anything wrong, but what strategy he should and does employ to avoid guilt, avoid consequences. But, what advantage? The truth…

The problem is the truth doesn’t often help Trump. Like you, he has no use for it and is usually on the opposing side.

It shows you don’t care about laws, like you say you do. You don’t care about morality, which you say you do. You don’t care about whether or not he did or didn’t do literally anything he’s accused of doing…just, how to get out of it, how to avoid it, etc.

You never employ the same strategy when discussing Obama, Hillary, Hunter, or whichever enemy is on the board that day.

This is one of the examples of how you have no integrity. Then, when the shit gets too hot…you start with your “I’m not a fan of Trump” bullshit.

Face it man, you’re dishonest at your core.

That’s a lot of words for a deflection

But you gotta cut them a break today @GardenStateCane …They are less in touch with reality and rationality then most days (where they aren’t exactly pillars of those things to begin with). They are too busy screaming “lock him up” sitting a foot away from their tv

Sick, sick fucking people.

Yet, you’re the only one on this chain that was banished from a child’s life for being an unhinged douchebag

Bahahahah

Imagine applauding that insanity.

These progressive maniacs stick together don’t they? Like I said…Sick, sick fucking people. Best part is the faggot still deflected. That’s how nuts they are over Trump. GSC asks him a simple questions and then the insults just all spew out…First to GSC and now to me.

It’s like I said. When he’s speaking against a Dem, he has no problem talking about morals, the truth, justice, right and wrong, etc.

When he’s talking about Trump, he only cares about a viable legal strategy, screw the truth.

I noticed all those posts you have on Hillary and Barack.

Biggest hypocrite on the board folks. He just makes it so easy.

It’s very telling that you won’t answer the question.

Also, from what I have observed over the past 5-6 years, the truth has always aided Trump.

It’s what helped him in the Mueller investigation when they lied about him and his admin.

It helped him in every dishonest news story printed about him.

You don’t even realize that your comment is a projection of you and the left who have to continually manufacture lies to usurp power from a legitimate President.

Bro, of all the years you had to make this claim, doing it on a day he plead the 5th is a bad choice.

Is pleading the 5th an admission of guilt?

No, but you literally said the truth always aided him.

If that’s true, by pleading the 5th he would be withholding aid to himself. It would be the opposite of a sound legal strategy.

If the truth would help him, his lawyers would tell him to testify.

305 - you don’t always plead the 5th to avoid the direct accusation.

Sometimes you plead the 5th because under questioning in a deposition or on the stand you may say something that incriminates you somewhere else.

And that’s not to say that “Oh, Trump is hiding lies and criminality in other places!”

No no- it’s a purely common sense legal strategy. The prosecution has the burden. And I would submit to you they have a VERY VERY high burden to go after a former president.

Why give them ANYTHING?

I know you all want to see Trump nailed to the cross. I get it. But he has no obligation to help you see that.

PS- it’s telling that you or others haven’t asked why the FBI went for a raid as opposed to a subpoena for such a subject of an investigation.

This is a rogue group here. They want blood. Time to tighten up and make them work for it.

But that wouldn’t happen to someone that is always aided by the truth.

It wasn’t my statement, it was yours.

It’s not that telling. I don’t know the circumstances of the raid yet and would love the DOJ to fill us in.

@Warden84 - I’m not Trump. He has his opinion, I have mine. Pleasing the 5th is a right. It can be used for a variety of reasons and does not imply guilt in any way.

One day you may have to invoke the right. And I’d say the same for you.

I would agree - it’s just funny that back in 2016 Trump said it does imply guilt.

What’s even funnier is that the law Trump is apparently being investigated for (mishandling of federal documents) used to be a misdemeanor.

It’s now a felony. Trump made it so as president.

51- I know you are desperately waiting for the announcement to indict Trump. You hate the man. I get it.

Let me sober you for a second.

The FBI at this administration’s direction decided to take unprecedented action by raiding the home of a former ex-President.

They now have not commented as to why they did it, or what they were looking for, what the probable cause was, or what they found that could lead to an indictment.

In my humble opinion that means they have BUNK.

Because if they had something it’d be on the cover of every front page by now and on the edge of every talking head’s lips.

You know it and I know it.

They are in deep doo doo for this action and we all know it. They signed their death warrant for mid terms and farther out.
