Trump gave a pretty thorough explanation of what occurred from what I read. Ye seems to affirm it in his statements.
Ye asked to come to Mar a lago. Trump invited him. He came with 2 others, one of them being Fuentes. Trump says he didn’t know Fuentes.
Trump and Ye both affirm they argued over Ye running for office.
The only point of contradiction is Ye says Trump “was impressed by Fuentes” and Trump doesn’t say that.
From an unbiased observer who appreciates both of these guys (Trump and Kanye) it appears almost as Kanye trying to set Trump up to have to defend himself about meeting with and being “impressed by” Fuentes.
Almost seems like a David Duke 2.0 situation.
Which is unfortunate because it’s going to divide some people and cause arguments when it’s the last thing anyone against liberal democrats needs right now.
