False. Trump walked the Russian state media right into the room to watch his ambush. BUT, Zelensky knows Trump isn’t going to continue to support Ukraine. Trump has made it clear from his last term that he’s the arm of Moscow here in the US.
What Zelensky did was galvanize the entire free world to back him immediately. It worked.

Trump is a dumbass. He would be a dumbass whether I was a Republican or Democrat. I can believe the majority of his policies are bad without being a lib.

I’ve recently said I’m not against USAID and government cuts, but I AM against shooting first and asking questions later. Treat these employees with respect, take a few extra weeks before firing people. Instead the administration scrambles to rehire people.
I criticize Ukraine policy too. Look, we all know I support Ukraine and would like them to have full US backing. But if Trump thinks this is a Euro war and wants to pull out, he should just STFU and get out of Ukraine. Why shill for Russia? Why call Zelensky a dictator one day, and the next day ask if he really said that because he doesn’t think he would have said that?

So Zelensky wants to send more men to fight a conflict they cannot win. What a perfect example of Einstein’s definition of stupidity. Ukrainians have known for more than a year which country has won the war. Just as Trump says, Zelensky holds no cards, and there is little doubt that the war winners will have the better in the peace negotiations.
Trump is brilliantly trying to restore world stability and bring Russia into the Western economic sphere, which accords with the desires of its citizens. Positive relations with Russia are just damn good for business. When peace is restored Trump deservedly will be conferred the Nobel Peace Prize. Trump is doing a stupendous job leading our nation.
