Trump Alumn insults Donald - "Incapable of wining"

Esper has already been outed as a never Trumper.

I know this is hard to understand but I want to explain it and hopefully we can have a mature discussion about it. I’m truly tired of the vitriol and name calling.

Trump, from what I’ve observed and heard some some I trust, did a really poor job of staffing his administration.

When a new President Elect takes over, he usually has a pool of volunteers nationally that he chooses to hire for his administration in various roles. These individuals worked hard on the Elect’s campaign and are usually the most loyal individuals.

For some reason Trump chose to ignore these volunteers and instead opted to hire a lot of establishment figures who weren’t connected to his campaign. This was a trend of the Trump administration, and in my opinion, led to a lot of the leaks and Palace Intrigue stories that we saw all the time. I’m convinced that he hired mostly enemies and soon enough he was surrounded by vipers.

Esper is a symptom of this. He was a Washington DC Bureaucracrat and had no allegiance to Trump. He showed that many many times.

And before anyone opines with “showing allegiance to the constitution before the President” …. I get that but the 2 aren’t mutually exclusive propositions in most cases. It’s not like everyday you wake up you have to make a decision between the constitution or your boss.

Esper is a viper. He was a member of the Heritage foundation who was a decouple of Chuck Hagen, an Obama Caninet member. He was also a former Bush appointee.

Why Trump would pick people with this resume is beyond me. Truly nonsensical.

Um…since, what…last week?

Really? Name one of these who worked on the campaign of the President who appointed them

You’re supposed have allegiance to the Constitution and the country, not the President. Your fascism is showing

When Trump is President, that is quite exactly the case, it appears.

The Heritage Foundation was started in 1973 by Paul Weyrich, Ed Feulner and Joseph Coors. They did nothing but attack Obama during his administration. Nobody associated with either Obama or Heritage is named Chuck Hagen.

Chuck Hagel was Obama’s Secretary of Defense and a lifelong Republican who resigned his position due to conflicts with the Obama administration. He worked for GOP rep McCollister in 1971 - 1977, and helped organize the campaign for Ronald Reagan’s Presidential campaign. He was then named, BY REAGAN, deputy administrator of the Veterans Administration. He was THEN the first Republican elected to the Senate in 24 years in Nebraska and served for 12 years…as a Republican.

Once again, your fascism is showing.
