Storm - my problem with that order is that it is an Executive Order. That means it’s only executable by… the Executive Branch.
Now that Biden is in… he simply instructs his team to ignore the order.
Congress won’t enforce it. And the judiciary won’t hear it.
The only way is if someone sues and says “that order needs to be enforced and we have proof.” But even then, Biden can just instruct his AG to whitewash it. No one would know the difference.
