What statements am I wrong about, GSC?
I didn’t make any assumptions about your countermeasures. I mainly just stated that cookies and other browser settings don’t stop tracking very well.

That I’m only blocking cookies. I am doing more.
By the way…. Your last statement is precarious and if true, indict full of Twitter.
Wouldn’t Twitter want me to enjoy content they serve me? Why would they:
Isn’t this a bad business model?
Doesn’t this prove a bit that Twitter is wildly political and has ulterior motives outside of profit making and should be investigated? At minimum by their shareholders?
I’m not assuming that. I’m just saying >if< you’re not doing x measures, you’re not doing enough. And I’m mainly speaking with a general “you” so I can see how you might have thought I was assuming about you.
As far as my last statement, I assume you’re talking about enraging content? Because it’s been proven that Facebook does this. News outlets do it too. Enragement equals engagement. It’s an easy way to get eyeballs.
I don’t think it’s accurate to say this is due to ulterior motives. It in fact has everything to do with profit. Twitter and Facebook care the most about how long you stay on their site because then they get more ad revenue. If getting you pissed off works, it works.
And to your point, there have been and are investigations into the irresponsibility of these companies.
Doesn’t matter. Two different structures for tracking, cookies and your IP addresses. The IPs are linked to you. The stories you click on or pause to even read the titles of are recorded. The websites you visit are recorded, bundled. Some sites on your phone even track your eye movement.
You regularly post Gateway Pundit showing you go there frequently. You’re being dishonest, again.
I showed you I my Twitter feed when I looked up Sussman. If you notice, the first story on my feed was about how Hillary Clinton the bad buy, “New bombshell testimony in Sussman trial on Clinton’s role in Russia collusion…”.
Why would I get that and you would get something that you don’t agree with? BECAUSE ANGER ENGAGES MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE.
Jesus, you have a brain. USE IT.
For a guy who thinks the government has secretly controlled literally everything in his life since he was born, murders its own citizens, shoots kids in the head at a school, you really don’t understand the basics of how website tracking words? You don’t realize you have an IP address? You don’t realize they datamine you just like the rest of us?
I’m really struggling not to insult you right now. You definitely deserve it.
Viable, bad choice of words. What I mean is they are not state owned. Being publicly traded doesn’t mean it is owned by the government and thus has to operate under the guidelines of a federal agency. Companies can choose how to do business how they want, within the framework of the law.
Being publicly traded doesn’t mean you can’t refuse business if the potential customer doesn’t follow your rules. You’re supporting forcing a company to your bidding by penalty of law, for no other reason than you don’t like what they did. Twitter has terms of service. Trump violated it. He paid the penalty. I did too and I was suspended and then banned. I didn’t cry that the government should force them to let me do what I want. In fact, right now the Supreme Court is deciding whether businesses have to serve gay people if they don’t want to. The GOP championed the baker who didn’t want to make a cake for a gay wedding, the same people who want to force Youtube and Twitter to allow THEIR PEOPLE to violate their terms of service and not get kicked off. Those same people scream Democrats are socialists or communists while THEN talking about using the government to take over certain industries because they don’t like how they run their businesses. You, personally, have called for the government to take over industry…the definition of socialism.
You can’t get more hypocritical or dishonest.
You whine a lot.
You melted down over Sussman and you melted down this morning calling for everyone you could think of to come help you because I was being mean to you.
Just to reiterate. Even if GSC is spoofing his IP or logging in from different countries, none of it matters because he is LOGGING INTO TWITTER. They know who he is because he’s volunteering the information by entering his credentials. No cookie or IP tracking necessary.
