Well, Miami got past its first six games without a loss.
Nothing wrong with that. Better than expected.
After horrible first halves, Miami could have easily lost the last two games but found a way to win.
Good teams do this.
So, with six games left, what do you think will happen???
6-0? Seems unlikely but I guess it could happen.
5-1?
4-2?
3-3?
Worse than 3-3?
What’s left:
Louisville away tomorrow
FSU at home in a week
Duke at home in two weeks
GT away in three weeks
Wake Forest at home in five weeks after two week break
Syracuse away in six weeks is the last game / November 30th
Miami does not play Clemson or Pitt this year which is a good thing.
I would hope for at least 4-2, that would give Miami a 10 win season for first time in awhile.
I’m assuming Ward doesn’t get hurt because if he does Miami becomes a much weaker team.
I don’t even want to contemplate 3-3 or worse.
5-1, 6-0 would be awesome, but I’ll be shocked if either happens.
I’m thinking 4-2 or 3-3 seems more Miami-ish but maybe the team will surprise me.
I guess we’ll know more after the Lville game.
Lville has a decent team and is playing a home.
Not an easy task to beat them.
FSU is having a bad year but will come in sky high to play an arch rival.
An important game for Miami to win.
Duke, GT and Syracuse are all meh but could beat Miami if Miami phones it in as they have so often done in the past.
I guess it I have to bet on it, I would go with 4-2 and hope they do better.
I predicted 9-3 for the season but since they got past the first six games, I’m thinking
10 wins is very possible.
Miami could win the ACC for once but I have a feeling they won’t.
I am admittedly less than optimistic after 20 years of suck.
