The (Poison) Ivy League

Three presidents of three of the most distinguished universities try and justify tolerance of the the iniquitous, Neanderthal behavior of Hamas terrorists. VDH exquisitely reveals the political perversity that has afflicted even the most high bastions of American education.

BlockquoteBottom line: the nation learned that these people don’t care about their own campuses cheering on mass rape, mutilation, and beheading or calling for the extinction of Israel and all the Jews in it, because Jews as whites are on the wrong side of their victim/victimizer DEI binary, and suffer the additional wage of anti-Semitism.

Several of these university presidents are not going to survive their shameful remarks. This applies especially to President Claudine Gay of Harvard who in addition to her woke stance on Israel has been accused publicly by Chris Rufo and Carol Swain of plagiarizing her doctoral dissertation. Look for her resignation to be forthcoming.

I watched that. Disgusting…Typical woke forest/trees type shit.

Agreeing to condemn genocide seems like a softball question. It’s hard to understand why these university presidents didn’t go that route.

Well, we do know why. They didn’t want to be backed into a corner of having to expel certain students and faculty. And I understand them leaning on legalalistic language for that purpose, but COME ON, you have to condemn genocide.

That said, pro-Israelis and pro-Palestinians hate the Harvard president. This is literally an issue you can’t win, and the vitriol in this conflict is unlike any other. 90% of discussions on this topic are anything but rational. So in that sense it’s not helpful to dissect semantics.
