The Great Replacement Theory

Nothing mortifies the left more than saying that there is credible evidence that the Great Replacement Theory is presently transpiring. While I reject certain aspects of the Replacement Theory, I believe that Western Civilization is under severe hegemonic stress imposed by growing power of Islam within Western nations. Ideally, immigrants assimilate and adopt the traditions and culture of the host nation. Until recently, people of all ethnicities became successful Americans. Such is not the case with Muslims.

Bringing multitudes of Muslims into the country is a recipe for disaster which can easily be validated by the clash of civilizations in Europe. Twenty years ago, it would have been inconceivable that Sweden would become the forcible rape capital of the world. Managing immigration, especially Muslim immigration, is the greatest contemporary challenge to Western Civilization.

While China is excoriated for suppressing Islam. It is regarded as being a mental disorder; the country’s mosques have been turned into cafes and night clubs. As authoritarian as China is regarding Islam, a good case can be made that China may well be preventing future societal chaos. Intolerance of Islam has been growing exponentially, and we’re seeing protests arising in Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and so forth. There is also a hue and cry of many to ban Islam entirely, an idea most would presently reject, but they key word here is “presently.”

French author, gay activist, Renaud Camus was once the darling of the left until he released his book The Great Replacement Theory which only belatedly has been translated into English. Camus, I think, is quite sane in his attitude toward preserving the France of his forefathers. An interesting man, Camus lives in a castle in the Auvernge region of southwestern France, not too far from my old French home in Campagne sur Aude. He is aided in restoring his ancient home by monies contributed by the French government.

"In light of what has been transpiring in Los Angeles while too bearing in mind Camus and The Great Replacement Theory, I submit this essay by another rather peculiar guy, Rod Dreher, an Amerian who writes of European conservatism from his home in Budapest, Hungary.

"On Tuesday afternoon, I visited the controversial French writer Renaud Camus at his modest chateau deep in the countryside of southwestern France. We spoke of his Great Replacement theory (“It is not a theory, it is an observable fact,” he said, correctly), and talked of the potential for civil war coming to the West over migration.

Camus rejected the term “civil war.” He prefers to think of such a conflict as an “anti-colonial war”—one in which a colonized people rise against their colonizers.

Camus made it clear that he does not want war. But, he said, if unfortunate circumstances force a choice “between submission and war, then it is war, war, war.”

That very line once landed Camus, now 78, before a French court on hate speech charges. In 2020, he received a suspended prison sentence, and had to pay fines. Camus is a gentle, elderly man of great culture—bookshelves line the walls on two floors of his chateau—and not at all the firebrand he is slandered as in the mainstream media. Alluding to a famous Charles de Gaulle quote, I asked Camus if he had a “certain idea of France.”

“France is not an idea!” he asserted with force. What is France, then? He sounded a litany of specific places, of paintings, of drama, of art, of traditions specific to this land and the people who have lived on it since time out of mind —“long before 1789,” he said, referring to the Revolution. This is what he sees disappearing. This is what he defends.

Meanwhile, half a world away, in my own native country, Los Angeles was burning.

It was burning because the President of the United States had chosen to enforce the law and deport people who are in America illegally. For the last five days, protesters and rioters have attacked police, looted stores, burned cars, and created anarchy. Many images have come from L.A. showing these rioters flying the flag of Mexico, and either flying the U.S. flag upside down (a sign of gross disrespect) or, in at least one case, setting it on fire and spitting on it.

There it is: a violent repudiation, on American soil, of American sovereignty, American law, and America itself. That, and the assertion of the primacy—again, on American soil—of a foreign culture and its state. You would have to be blind not to see it.

But people are blind. In our conversation, Camus said the reason he first got in trouble, and was cast out of the left-wing literary world of Paris, is because he noticed what no respectable person is supposed to notice today: namely, the displacement of native peoples and their traditions by foreigners. Camus had made clear that the “great replacement” of the natives has occurred because the elites of these nations have long engaged in what he calls the “great deculturation”—that is, the systematic devaluing of what is our own. If the peoples of the West knew what they had, and loved it, they would have defended it. But most of them do not.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is one of the elites of whom Camus speaks disparagingly. Newsom, often discussed as a potential Democratic presidential candidate in 2028, gave a televised speech in which he denounced President Trump as a lawbreaker who is a threat to democracy.

Meanwhile, similar protests are breaking out across the United States—and, as is usual with the Left today, they are turning violent.

Newsom accused Trump of “assaulting democracy” by federalizing the California National Guard and deploying them to stop the rioting. What? The president wishes to enforce laws made by democratically elected members of Congress. What insanity it is to praise lawbreakers—illegal migrants—and those rioting to protect them from accountability before the law!

It has now become, almost overnight, an issue of sovereignty. The United States is deeply polarized. If you live in Europe and only read European media, or major U.S. outlets like The New York Times, you will probably believe that Trump is the cause of all this. But the fault for the crisis lies with the politicians, intellectuals, journalists, and others of the ruling class who have allowed the intolerable migration problem to fester for decades, and who denounced as bigots anyone who noticed it and complained about it.

One big reason Donald Trump’s political career began, and why he was returned to the White House last November, is that too many Americans had grown sick and tired of the excuses from the political class. They want the nonsense to stop. If it takes a crude man like Donald Trump to do what the establishment-approved politicians will not, fine. If the choice is between submission or Trump, then Trump, Trump, Trump.

I do not think that most Americans want civil war, but most will prefer violence to surrendering national sovereignty. And many Americans are armed. In Europe, the populations are by comparison disarmed, sedate, and conformist. I don’t know what choice most Europeans would make if compelled to choose.

It’s easy to support war if you are old, childless, and living in a chateau with high walls, in the distant countryside. What about people with jobs and families who live in cities and suburbs, and who are in effect being held hostage to the willingness of migrants and migrant communities to use violence to impose their will on native Europeans? Surrender your freedom, and your country—or give up your peaceful, stable life?

How would you choose? Have you thought about it? You had better. What we can see from Europe happening now across the Atlantic might be a prelude of what is to come here. One hopes to avoid the clash, but hope is not a plan."

I’m not even reading this drivel. It’s easily dissected like most of your recent rants, But, similar to another engaging discussion with GSC…let’s play this shit out. I’m a bit exhausted by dismantling your arguments only for you to pretend you never posted and abandon it like Trump on his kid’s school play night.

The European Conservative, registered in Hungary. You and I both know the Arrow Cross. You and I both know who’s funding this little rag along with most of your choice publications. Some on here might not, but you do. You know exactly the underlying current of all that’s happening and who’s fomenting the direction. Do you think you’re a camp kapo or do you think you’re Abraham Ganowajch? Or, do you know you’ll never actually be around for the end result and therefore won’t have to deal with it?

The entire undercurrent for everything you appear to be fighting for on a daily basis, almost as a life mission, would lead to your blood being behind barbed wire. If you remember, I did 500 years of your genealogy for kicks. Bruh, you don’t have a fucking gentile among the bunch. You’re the most Jewish cat I’ve ever seen. You have more rabbis in your bloodline than Crown Heights.

Let’s say carte blanche - your team. No guardrails, straight victory. Worldwide…

There is a reason “these people” support Israel, no strings, carte blanche. There is a reason they refused to let you in before or after the war but were emphatically excited to fund your Zion in Israel…as long as “they” go there and not here, right? UK, US, France…they were all the same. Go to your Zion. Don’t come “here.” How’s this play out, if you “win” throughout? Are you or your bloodline more safe or less safe? I don’t know if you’ve noticed the undercurrent on the right, and left lately, being in the beautiful Pensacola Beach retirement community. I have, however. It’s not good for you. They’re getting more vocal.

Again…I have blond hair and blue eyes. My blood has been here since 1598. My genealogy is straight Norman, Pict and Saxon.

Who benefits the more you “win”?
