He gave advice and counsel to the president which is legal under the constitution United States amendment one. So I repeat to you, what is your problem. Show me the crime cite a statute please

Mike Pence, as VP, is the President of the Senate. That makes him part of the Senate imbued with certain powers.
If he exercised those powers, that’s not obstruction, that’s simply his privilege and duty.
And Eastman explaining his duties to Trump isn’t a crime.

His memo was what Trump took and ran with to try to get pence (he practically begged him) to refuse to acknowledge electoral votes from certain states.

Mike Pence had an official title in the Senate, President of the Senate. That title gives him certain powers. For instance:
The President of the Senate may cast a deciding vote if the Senate vote is 50-50.
Let’s assume that Trump or Eastman wrote a memo to Pence after a big piece of legislation came to a 50-50 tie in the senate, and they advised him that he
- Had the power to cast a vote to break a tie
- Lobbied for him to vote a certain way.
Would it be a crime? No! It’s his privilege!
