Curt Schillings was a great pitcher, never disgraced the game of baseball, never took performance enhancing drugs as did David Ortiz just elected to the Hall of Fame, but Curt Schilling will never be elected to the Baseball Hall Fame. He was plenty good enough. He was 11-2 in the post season, MVP of the 2001 World Series, won 3 World Series rings. This year was Schillings last year to be eligible for election to the Hall, and he was voted down. What was his sin compelling sports writers to reject him. Answer: Curt Schilling was a conservative.
