Dallas picked shitty software that doesn’t support blocking users let alone mutual blocking. This software is not much better feature wise than the old site. I guess this is why social media took over forums as you can select your audience by accepting friends.
Go to users profile. On the right there will be a menu that says “normal”. You can then change their visibility to muted or ignored.

The difference between ignore and block is pretty big. Ignore just hides their posts. Blocks are mutual so they can’t see your posts and you can’t see theirs. The block feature on other forums don’t even show the Hidden Post link or quotes of the user. Thus, it is like they aren’t even there.

I have never seen 1 person rile up so many grown men. It’s fascinating.
There is a case for being the gadfly in a discussion…however it’s a whole different matter when tedious and puerile are the only adjectives which can be used to describe unprompted contributions.

Why should we waste our time with a troll when only you and Bikki like his troll jobs? Again, the block would be at the user level if the software was good thus you could keep on discussing with him while I could elect to not discuss with him. Pretty simple concept.
