Being a diversity warrior, I strongly support sending ex-school principal Rep. Jamaal Bowman to prison for violating two District of Columbia statutes pertaining to setting off purposefully a fire alarm. His excuse for his actions is absolutely absurd. Jamaal interfered with a governmental session and should be treated no differently than Jan. 6 violators. In fact, Jamaal’s behavior is significantly worse than many sentenced for Jan 6 infractions. Yes, we need to see Jamaal wearing stripes.
