FSU may lose to Memphis in Tally.
If they do, Norvell might not survive the week.
That would be a damn shame!!!

Holy crap… I just sat down and started flipping around to get scores… I almost spit out my drink when I saw the score and the time left in the game…
They are so bad.
20-12 Memphis FINAL.
FSU only had 238 total yards on offense. … 3 turnovers
DJ Ukelele… 16 for 30, 201 yards. 1 INT
3 losses… To unranked teams
Pathetic
I doubt Norvell gets fired this week. I think his buyout is fairly high. But, if they go 5-7 or worse this season, I wouldn’t be shocked if they make a move. At 6-6 or better, he might survive?
I just hope Miami kicks the crap out of them this year.
UF down 20-0 to TAM at half time.
Napier and Norvell both might get the axe this season or be so wounded that everyone expects them to be fired soon… That would be awful for Miami’s recruiting efforts.
Norvell signed a long term deal. There is zero percent chance he gets fired. He also should not get fired. He turned their program around and went 13-0 last year. When he interviewed at Bama - fsu flinched. Sexton is great at making schools flinch.
Norvell will not be fired nor should be. FSU’s problem is our former problem of two decades duration of not having a QB. D.J. Uiagalelei has failed everywhere he has been. FSU still has enough talent for an “any given day” upset. Norvell is a good recruiter and NIL money should buy him a better QB for next year.
I believe Florida will can Neighbors before season end.
There had to be a better option that DJ. I don’t even think he can make a practice squad. This is the textbook case of a QB that would have to change positions to go Pro. Could he be a TE?
DJ is the worst qb to ever start at fsu. His stats are all time bad.
Don’t worry. He’ll manage to have an all-star game against Miami.
I doubt it.
Elite80, IMHO the better take for FSU was the kid from Coastal Caroline (McCall ?) who eventually went to NC State. When Ward was trying to decide between going pro or coming back to college I kept hoping Mario would give him a call.
FSU has the talent that he could work with but not NC state and when you look at the Wolf Pack’s games and play-calling you can see that.
