Repeated Call to Free Derek Chauvin

No way Derek Chauvin should be in prison. Floyd just finished resisting arrest, fighting off police who attempted to put him in a squad car. He had several times the lethal limit of fentanyl in his system along with other illegal drugs. Several of his main heart arteries were significant clogged, and he had tumor growing in his chest. There was no damage to Floyd hyoid bone. Persons on fentanyl are known to experience problems breathing. First aid for someone having breathing problems is lay the person face down on the ground. Certainly the standard of reasonable doubt was met regarding what caused his death.

Chauvin violated no law whatsoever. He followed the prescribed training of his department which pictured the knee on the back procedure which Chauvin and other city cops practiced in training.

The trial was a legal abomination. No way the defendant’s motion for change of venue should not have been granted. One of the jurors was found to be a racial activist. Early in the arrest cycle, the cops called for an ambulance, and the call was muffed by the ambulance service which arrived belatedly.

Derek Chauvin is a political prisoner who should be liberated and compensated generously for his imprisonment and injury while in prison, all steming from a veritable kangaroo court trial.

Trump should but I predict will refrain from pardoning him of federal charges, however, there is little hope of exoneration for State charges given the communist governance headed by the idiot Waltz.

Here is another article about political prisoner Derek Chauvin, convicted in a woeful trial in a hostile venue. I doubt even Trump would have the courage to pardon him of federal charges.

Jack Cashill is a much of a racist crank wackjob as you are, both plagued by how much better of a human in every way Obama is than you both are.

Yet, he is.

Body cam footage shows some resistance, but when he was on the ground, handcuffed and face down, he was no longer actively resisting. Key legal point: even if someone resists at first, excessive force cannot be used once they are restrained and subdued.

He has 11 ng/ml of fentanyl, which is high, but not necessarily “several times the lethal dose.”
“Lethal dose” varies by person, particularly among users with tolerance. The medical examiner Andrew Baker and other expert witnesses testified that fentanyl alone was not the primary cause of death.
Official cause of death: “Cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.”

Conditions which were not deemed fatal or immediately life-threatening without added stress of the restraint.

Irrelevant. Damage to the hyoid bone indicates manual strangulation, like choking with hands. Chauvin’s knee restraint was not manual strangulation, but positional asphyxia and neck compression which does not require hyoid damage to be lethal.
Expert witnesses, including a pulmonologist and forensic pathologist, stated that Floyd died from lack of oxygen caused by the restraint.

Can depress respiration in, particularly in non-tolerant users. However, expert witnesses, including the medical examiner, toxicologists and phonologists testified that his breathing difficulties were primarily caused by the prone restraint and neck compression.

100% false and quite dangerous.

Not according to the jury or the courts.

False. Convicted by a jury of second degree unintentional murder, third degree murder and second degree manslaughter.

Not true, according to his own department. The knee-on-kneck was not taught as a prolonged restraint. Officers trained to move someone off of their stomach as soon as they are handcuffed and no longer resisting. Chauvin DID NOT follow his training in this regard.

Hyperbolic and not supported by facts. The verdict was unanimous.

No legal foundation for the statement.

False. He was a guy who attended the anniversary of the March on Washington and once wore a tshirt about Floyd AFTER THE TRIAL, but not before. He was not a racial activist in any way. Another lie.

They did call for an ambulance, but upgrading it to Code 3 after Floyd appeared unresponsive. Paramedics arrived 7 minutes after the code 3 upgrade. He had no pulse already. Paramedics testified that CPR was not being administered when they arrived, and Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd’s neck until EMS physically moved him off.

False. You’re full of shit as usual. He’s a murderer and deserves to rot in prison
