I’ve noticed when you go ahead and cook the Salmon for 2 minutes on each side in the skillet, mix in a little heavy creme with the bake, it really goes a long way in making the dish.
I was going to say I don’t usually go for pork and fish dishes with sweet glazes and honey, but then I saw it was honey mustard and that’s better. I like a good mustard rub on chicken and fish. With salmon I think I prefer something like sour cream mixed with chopped dill and lemon juice/zest.
Next time I cook up salmon, I might try a spin on this without the honey and cayenne and see what happens.
