I found this rather puzzling…
I guess I understand that the states do not want each jurisdiction setting its own requirements, On the surface, it makes the states look really bad–heartless They could mitigate the bad look by setting state-wide regs.
I’m not sure what’s puzzling about it. They’re removing safeguards against worker protections and child labor, across the board.
