Maduro stole it. Blatantly stole it and doesn’t care that anyone knows.

It’s weird that they even held an election. If you look at some of the other Communist dictator led countries like China and Korea, they don’t even pretend to have normal democratic elections.
I guess they feel that if they have elections, even if they are sham elections, they appear more legit to the rest of the world than, say a North Korea.
