This was a NEW potential rule change that did not affect last election at all.

In May Dems challenged and a court ruled that Penn’s law was unenforceable. Their supreme court just overturned that decision on procedural grounds, because the original filers didn’t poll all voting districts.

2024, a month or so later: Pennsylvania Supreme Court reverses lower decision. Undated/misdated ballots will again be thrown out.

In 2020- many of the ballots that were counted were undated and misdated but the court allowed them if they had a post mark on them by Nov 6th. What’s hard to understand.
Today that wouldn’t be allowed due to this ruling.

In 2024, a lower court ruled that they COULD be counted, but weeks later, the Penn Supreme Court said otherwise.
So things are back to how they were a couple months ago.
