The guy just talks too much and is constantly pandering to the home crowd. Guy might be competent to be a hype man at a rave, but he is ruining GameDay.
Watching GameDay as I have for 30 years, it’s sad to think he’s single-handedly ruining it for me. I may have to quit watching if he stays on. Really sad.
Guy’s annoying but they had to do something instead of wheeling Lee Corso out there every week and let Desmond Howard blabber incessantly. Show was getting stale.

In a skin-crawling way you have to admire the consistency of their output of clowns. From Stuart Scott …onwards. I try not to read or watch anything that features Screamin’ A Smith or Paul Finebaum or Heather Dinich/Dimwit, ,Chris Fowler(What a bastard!) or even Angela Adelson. Do any of them really know the game better than the people on this board ?! I think not.
I enjoy his stupid comments. But I have a junior high sense of humor. I think he may be there more for laughs than football knowledge. I mean they have enough football experts sitting up there. What could he possibly add other than entertainment.
