Most people donāt care if someone wants to make the personal decision to change genders. Where we care is when they attempt to poison our childrenās mind with transgender education. Stop conflating.
I donāt see any need whatsoever to subsidize transgender persons. People should be treated equally under law. Not a dime of taxpayer money should go to guaranteed basic income, much less special monies for transgenders. It is no small wonder employers wonāt hire men pretending to be women dressed up in garish attire. Someone should just wreck their business having freakazoids drive away customers? The number of transgender people is greatly exaggerated by the left. Thirty years ago, where were they? Primitive people have precious few transgenders. Sometime, I think America needs a good depression to return its people back to sanity. Now watch one of our own leftist wackos tell me it is hate to be critical of men pretending to be women or slaughtering women in athletic contests. Weāve got a sicko society with morons claiming to be occupying moral high ground over persons ten times more morally grounded than theyād ever been in their entire lives.
If liberals are so concerned with financing transgenders, let them donate more to charity. Liberals give less to charity than conservatives. What liberals want is to take your money from you and redistribute it to a group largely comprised of fakers who derive some kind of glee behaving freakishly. I am sure when Low T Djrion dresses up in his cheeleader dress, his approval rating among liberal goofballs soars into the stratosphere.

It is curious. They seem to think that the by having the option available, they might lose their kids to this magical world of transgenderism and furries. At its heart, I think they secretly fear dicks are delicious.
Hereās a secret - if youāre so scared of the possibility of being infected by something that makes you crave dicks and dress like a chick, itās not that society is slightly more accepting of transgenders thatās the problem. Itās that your gay and you want to wear lipstick and panties, flat out.

I have never once in my life talked down to, bullied, excoriated, shamed, etc a gay, trans, or āfill in the blankā person.
I have my own personal opinions. I keep them to myself. I treat everyone in my life with respect.
Where I draw the line is with my children. They donāt need that information. They donāt need to feel as though they can make those choices in their life. We have a hard enough time figuring out breakfast and finding their shoes each morning.
So take your presumptive attitude and go stick it where the sun donāt shine brother. I believe in respecting all people and allowing them to do, think, and behave in what ever way they choose so long as itās legal.

I find it amazing that you constantly accuse me of ārunningā (something that YOU have historically done over the yearsā¦. Even taking a year long hiatus in the shelter) when Iām aways here and always answering as I am now.
So I have a 24 year old step daughter whom I raised since the age of three and she is politically and socially aligned with me. And not because Iāve forced anything on her. Sheāll be the first to tell you that I respect all opinions from every area of the spectrumā¦. She came to her own conclusions. Also, any one of my family members and friends will also tell you, I NEVER start political conversations because I value my friendships and I am always concerned that my opinions will be taken to heart if I express them. I exclusively bite my tongue unless asked directly to opine on anything political. This place is where I vent.
My other 3 are under the age of 8. We donāt discuss these sorts of things unless I feel I have to correct the record if they were taught something.
My son, funny enough, has a transgender classmate that is already transitioning (at least expressively from what we can tell) and I would never demean or demonize that child. I have always told my child that that person is to be treated with respect and care. But I wonāt lie and say that I tell my son I agree with it. I explain to him the clear differences btw the sexes and that some people are confused and we have to give them and their family space to make their own decisions.
Iāve also covered marriage with my son after I found out a book was read to him about same sex marriage. I made it clear that while some people choose to live that way, we should respect them but itās not normal or natural.
Thatās MY responsibility as a father and my choice to educate my children the way I want to and if you donāt like it, I really donāt give a shit. Teach your kids what you believeā¦. Thatās your right too.

Yeah, a little. Iāve been pretty open about that. Itās difficult for me to wrap my head around, but I accept Iām probably wrong in my gut feelings towards it. When someone starts to tell me their pronouns, I walk off immediately.
I suspect the non-binary and trans population in Palm Springs will explode in coming yearsā¦
Iām shocked that Palm Springs of all cities is moving this direction.
