And what was that, have better players? 
Clemson lost tonight because they beat them last year. That’s really what this was about. One team had the proverbial chip on their shoulder, the other didn’t and thought they could roll them.
So say Alabama loses in ten days to this now 7-0 team, does this actually prove that everyone needs to play about the same number of games? Hmmm!
Clemson lost because their lbs and secondary are just okay. OSU’s WR’s smoked them and OSU has the best O line in football.

Actually yes. LSU players were superb compared to Clemson especially at WR. They torched that secondary last year and the Buckeyes torched them this year. We didn’t have the line or the receivers to do that against them this year.
I watched about ten minutes of it. Enough to see that Clemson was being badly outplayed. OSU was having one of those games when everything goes its way.
I wonder how much impact Clemson’s OC, Tony Elliott, being out with COVID had on their offense. Having the second string guy call plays has to have an impact.
I have a feeling the Bama game will be much closer. I doubt OSU can have another night like last night two games in a row against good teams.
Damn! Herman out at Texas, Sark to replace him. Wonder if he coaches the title game or not?

Didn’t expect OSU to win OSU would not have won without their offensive line which kept Clemson off the QB all night while opening gaping rushing lanes for the RBs. It beautiful thing to have a good offensive line. We of course don’t know about that.
After watching OSU demolish Clemson, I find myself favoring the Buckeyes, and I despise Ohio State after the great robbery game. It should be a great game as both teams can put a lot of points on the board.
Sark is a very good coach. He’d be a good hire. I base my assessment on the development of Mac Jones. Mac Jones was a big question mark in the beginning of the year. His play greatly exceeded expectations of all pundits.
Programs need more than unlimited money to build a successful program in today’s college football. Sark will be 3rd coach since Mack Brown. Always going with the “hot” coordinator. At least Sark has P5 head coaching experience. He also has significant risk.
How long until Herman is an assistant at Bama?
The NY Post had an article about how the Jets should not feel bad and either take Fields or now trade #2 for a lot more before Fields went off. I don’t know if Devonta Smith is worth the #2 pick but tempted to say take him or trade back enough to still get him as well as an additional pick. It was not that long ago that everyone wanted to “suck for Sam” and maybe Smith might make him look decent again.
