Ahhh ! It’s just the logical progression of things. Bagmen, rogue boosters, the NCAA looking the other way when certain leagues ($EC under Mike Slive) some schools (ND and UNC) and some coaches run wild.
If the cartels have their fingers in the IMG-pie all this way on the east coast then you know they’re probably dipping every where else.
