What does an off the field position means? Do this guys interact with the players at all? can they work with players individually and help them improve their skills?
I guess they cannot recruit and be in direct contact with recruits but can bump into them on campus?
Can definitely interact with players inside the halls. I’m sure there is very lenient rules during practice and recruiting but this was before my time. Would need to see how a team like Bama does it.
For instance. JT can’t “coach” guys but he can definitely hold up dummies (which is what we used to have 23 year old dipshits doing) and provide feedback.
Enforcing all of this is impossible.
