Then just last year he knowingly tested positive for covid AND THEN attended an event. Even his Serbian government threatened to sanction him.

It’s highly infectious. You wanna live with this thing then show an iota of responsibility, right? Living with covid doesn’t mean flaunting it and getting in people’s faces when you’re sick.
I don’t necessarily think we should ban everyone who doesn’t have a vaccine at this point. But the benefit of the doubt does come into play because, again, this dude has proved that he is totally fine going to public events while currently infected. That behavior removes the benefit of the doubt.

Anyway, your argument is missing a point. This guy isn’t banned simply for being anti-vax. Last I checked he was anti-vax last year and yet he was allowed to participate in the US Open. This was when covid paranoia was much higher.
