I get that people want to invest, but my gosh, your whole salary. A fool and his money are soon parted.
We’re in the age of willful ignorance.
Key phrase. Not only that, but no personal accountability. Everything is everyone else’s fault.
I was really shocked by it, to be honest. It was remarkable how a leader in the GOP could coerce the team to act in such lock step, regardless of the implications, evidence, whatever.
I remember criticizing Obama all the time. I hated Clinton. Biden’s not too tough to criticize, but you can’t get a Republican to do so. You couldn’t back even during little Bush. There are a few outliers, but then the entire party seizes down on them to be in lock step formation with the Party. That’s what eventually led to the belief that it’s not about policy, but integrity, personality traits. It doesn’t matter for shit what the policy is with them. Hell Gingrich criticized NAAFTA with Trump when he wrote the fucking thing.
