I saw this on another thread.
Looking at the video, it looks like it’s getting nestled right next to the Soffer indoor practice facility and the Watsco Center right on Dickinson. From my recollection, there is a canal along the west side of Dickinson… is the building going to be built over top of the canal??

So they are going to squeeze it in between the canal and Dickinson Dr. I looked at aerial photos of the area, and I did not realize until I looked at those photos just how close the practice building is to the canal! There will not be much space between the Soffer practice building and this new building.
